TOPIC: Sending E-mail

Sending E-mail 2 Years, 8 Months ago Karma: 0
I'm unable to get e-mail messages to go out. I can't find a place to set the send parameters like server, username, etc. In the e-mail section I found the relay menu and tried that with no luck. I am able to configure a domain and receive e-mail but freepbx is not sending upgrade notices or voicemail and the mail server will not send normal messages.

did you read the chapter on setting up email in 'Elastix without tears' that you can find in the download section?

I remember doing that - Has step-by-step instructions.
You'll be looking for postfix configuration.
